This is another new Garbage Pail Kids concept by me and drawn by me, he's a chain-smoking GPK very different from the Original Series GPK that is most like him, which is an ash-tray-like GPK from Original 6th series. My concept is a GPK that is chain-smoking in the street, a big pile of cigarette butts covering his shoes, cigarette smoke filling the air like exhaust or factory smoke, people gagging in the background, pigeons falling from the sky, a little dog dropped from his feet as well. I named this GPK Shane Smoking/Pollutin' Pete (a name that I also used for another GPK, see my blog posts from March 2013)/Pollutin' Paul/Second-Hand Hank/Second-Hand Hal/Cancerous Ken/Hazardous Hal.
I haven't submitted him to Topps, I'm publishing him here and I'll post him on my Instagram @AlexGheorghiu probably today.

ReplyDeletehere are two more names for him which I had already thought of but I had second thoughts about: Second-Hand Hank/Second-Hand Hal.
ReplyDeletewhen I color this GPK, he's going to have either bluish, purplish, yellowish or even yellow-greenish skin from smoking too much.
