Updated version on top, earlier version below (changes were made to make the body proportions of both figures anatomically accurate instead of more stylized as in the earlier version). Original pose/scene, no references used. Click on the label {Spider-Man art} found below this post (in the web version, not mobile) to see all the Spider-Man drawings on this site. In early 2022, I will ink and color this drawing.

I've jumped back into my artwork, so in a day or so expect more new work. In the meanwhile, I've added some new artwork to my existing posts, feel free to take a look. And I will be adding labels to my artwork posts so works featuring similar subjects or themes or characters will be easy to find in one place if you click on the label.
